The hydraulic cutting component features a 4KW pump motor and operates with a cutting pressure of up to 12Mpa. It performs no-slug cutting for cleaner finishes, using a Cr12 heat-treated cutting tool for durability. The metal roof making machine's precision is maintained by an advanced PLC control system, automating cutting lengths and quantities. Key elements include a Delta PLC, View touch screen, Koyo encoder, and more. The cut-to-length tolerance is ±1.5 mm, while a 24V control voltage ensures safe operation.
