Description of the Product
For high rib metal deck roll forming machines, cut-to-length lines, slitting lines, and metal roof roll forming machine lines, a heavy-duty hydraulic de-coiler with coil car or cart is required. Suitable material width can be customized, with compacting arm or not is the option for buyers, too.

Machine Applications
There are several popular capacities in the market: 5 ton hydraulic un-coilers, 8 ton hydraulic de-coilers, 10 ton hydraulic de-coilers, 12 ton hydraulic de-coilers, and 15 ton hydraulic de-coilers, different capacities un-coiler will be provided according to roll forming line’s raw material feeding width and steel coil weight. Typically, a coil car with a hydraulic de-coiler capacity is more than 5 tons.
