Downspout Forming Machine

Manufacturing colored steel sheet, this roll forming machine is for producing 110*110mm square downspouts. It can automatically accomplish the cut-to-length procedure since it uses a PLC control system and AC frequency converter for speed adjustment. This downspout forming machine equipment is protected by a national patent and intellectual property rights.

An additional set of equipment that can be utilized for downspout bending and necking is an elbow roll forming. Although the angle can be manually modified, this roll forming machine uses the cam controlling mechanism to accomplish an automated production process.
