This simple Straightening & Slitting Machine Line is designed for processing 1.0mm thick, 1300mm wide steel coils. The line includes a straightening and slitting device, flat cutting device, and a PLC control system, providing a fully automated solution for high-quality steel sheet slitting.

Machine Main Features
Straightening & Slitting Device: The machine has 9-roll straightening system with an 85mm diameter straightening shaft. The hand-wheel adjustment is good for adjusting steel coil width match well with feeding table. The 5.5KW motor powers the straightening and slitting operation, the power is enough for whole system. There are 4 sets of slitting blades as standard for slitting function,  the metal strip width can be customized as actual neeed.

Flat Cutting Device: The flat cutting device is equipped with a 4KW motor, for flat cutting once producing task needs, the cutting length can be controlled by PLC system.

PLC Control System: The PLC control system controls the cutting length and cutting quantity, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention. Whole control system includes PLC, inverter, touch screen, and encoder, which work together as system needs automatically. The cut-to-length tolerance is within ±2mm, ensuring high precision in sheet dimensions.
