Whole slitting and re-coiler line includes: hydraulic un-coiler, Straightening & Slitting Device, Pneumatic damping device, Hydraulic Re-coiler Machine.

 
The straightening & slitting device main parameters are as below:

1. With two groups leading rollers for leading material head;
2. Straightening/slitting material thickness; 0.8-1.2mm for galvanized steel;
3. Material width: 1000-1500mm;
4. Straightening rolls shaft diameter: 105mm, shaft material: 45 # steel;
5. 7 rolls straightening, 3 rolls up and 4 rolls down;
6. Driving motor: 11KW, cutting motor: 4KW;
7. Smallest slitting width: 114mm, total 12 sets slitting blades, with laminating device
