    1. Always keep the covers on during machine operation in storage. The covers ensure operator safety and shield the machine's internal components from environmental factors.

    2. Do not leave the gutter roll forming machine at outdoors a long time. Covers the gutter machine with a tarp or machine cover (optional) for protection, and ensure proper ventilation to avoid rust.

    3. Do not leave metal material inside roll forming machines during transport or free-work time.

    8. Use Spray Lube to lubricate cutting blades' two faces and other moveable guiding device at least one time each day.

    9. As necessary, more should be added before the cut edges start to deteriorate.
