Description
This corrugated roof roll forming machine is for producing high tension grade preprinted steel coil and 0.2-0.25mm material thickness. The transmission type is chain-sprocket; control system is Delta PLC with Omron encoder, cutter is hydraulic type, stop to cut.
High tension grade galvanized coil with thin thickness is the difficult problem to solve in roll forming industry. So we have arranged 23 stations to roll form to ensure the effect will be good. The Corrugated Roof Roll Forming Machine works the same way as a regular roof panel roll forming machine.
This Corrugated Roof Roll Forming Machine has been loaded to the 40′ container and shipped to Philippines. There are also one uncoiler, one control cabinet, one hydraulic oil pump and three run-out-tables in the container.
