1. This Corrugated Sheet Cold Roll Forming Machine Double Layer Forming Machine is suitable for rollforming zinc aluminum sheet, PPGI sheet, G550 full hard galvanizes steel coil, thickness range is 0.4-0.6mm, coil width is 1220mm.
2. One double layer roof roll forming machine can produce two types of roof, one at up layer and the other one is at down layers,but two layers can not work at the same time. See below picture for reference, it is inside structure for connecting driving motors by chains.
3. All the side wall thickness is 18mm, to ensure the machine baffles are strong enough.
4. End screws on each stations are locked by non-rust screw cap, this is for improving machine strength, good for roll forming straight and correct roof sheets.
